Top Quality House Washing Martinsburg WV

Today, we performed a partial house wash for one of our clients in Martinsburg, WV. They reached out because they had recieved a violation notice from their HOA about the appearance of their home. As always, we were ready to help. Once on-site, we did a quick walk around with the customer to ensure we cared for all areas of concern. After the site walk with the customer, we performed our 31-point inspection and took care of the property protection, including taping off the outlets, keyholes, AC disconnect, and covering the dryer vent. Due to the colder temperature, we had to adjust our normal cleaning process slightly. This is because the industry standard algicide that we use (Sodium Hypochlorite) is not as effective in colder temperatures. We get around this lack of effectiveness by increasing the potency of our solution and allowing for a longer dwell time. Prior to applying our cleaning solution, we thoroughly rinse all plants and grass around the home and spray down the windows. After rinsing everything, we begin applying our solution. We start at the bottom, working our way across and then up to the gutter/roof line. After coating everything, it was time to let the algicide do its work. After 10 minutes, we checked on the house and realized that a few stubborn areas needed a little extra help, so we gave them a second coat. After another 10 minutes all the algae was dead and gone and we could start the rinsing process. The rinsing process is performed in the opposite of the washing process. We start at the gutter line and then rinse everything down to the ground. After we have rinsed everything we remove the property protection and rolled up our hoses. Normally we let the customer know we are done and have them come take a look if they would like. In this case the customer had already left so we sent them some pictures of before and after along with the invoice and a link to our google review page.
